3. Pricing and Payment

6. Commissions

7. Delivery and Risk of Loss
We arrange secure, insured, and discreet delivery of artworks. Risk of loss transfers to you upon confirmed receipt. For international transactions, you are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees.

8. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the high-value, bespoke nature of our artworks, all sales are final. Returns or cancellations are only permitted in cases of significant misrepresentation or legal requirement, and must be requested in writing within seven days of receipt.
