1. Delivery Method

2. Discreet Packaging
Artworks are packaged in unmarked, reinforced crates or cases to protect the item’s identity and value. All external labeling avoids any mention of Artomatic Trillionaire, the contents, or their worth.

3. Insurance Coverage
Every shipment is fully insured from our premises to the point of confirmed delivery. The insurance value matches the purchase price of the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Domestic deliveries are typically completed within 5–14 business days after payment clearance, subject to security verification and logistics arrangements. International deliveries vary depending on customs clearance and import regulations but generally occur within 14–30 business days. Commissioned works will be shipped only upon completion and final approval.

5. Signature and Identity Verification
All deliveries require an in-person signature by the buyer or an authorized representative. Government-issued identification may be required to verify the recipient’s identity before release.

6. International Deliveries
For cross-border shipments, clients are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory fees. Our logistics team will coordinate with customs officials to ensure compliance with all import/export laws for high-value artworks.

7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed receipt. If damage occurs during transit, clients must notify Artomatic Trillionaire in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs and documentation of the damage, to initiate an insurance claim.

8. Special Delivery Requests
We accommodate special requests such as private aviation transport, armored courier services, or direct delivery to yachts, estates, or corporate offices, subject to additional fees and arrangements.

9. Confidentiality
All shipping arrangements are conducted with strict confidentiality. Client identities, delivery addresses, and purchase details are never disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
